Some jobs are short. A day of exterior work, a one-time event, an afternoon of landscaping. You don't need a long-term rental — you need a unit dropped off, used, and picked up.
We offer flexible daily rental terms with straightforward pickup and delivery scheduling — no pressure to commit to longer rental periods than you actually need.
Events are logistically demanding. The restroom situation shouldn't be what people remember — or complain about.
We handle placement, setup, and pickup coordination around your event schedule. Clean units arrive before your first guest, and we're gone before your cleanup crew wraps up.
Standard units serve a purpose. But certain occasions require something that actually looks and feels like a restroom — not a job site fixture.
Luxury portable restrooms from Kinsella feature climate control, interior lighting, flushing fixtures, and finishes that fit the occasion. Your guests won't know the difference — that's the point.
Accessibility isn't a bonus feature. It's a baseline requirement for most public events and professional job sites.
Our ADA-compliant units are fully equipped and properly spaced for wheelchair access. We'll confirm unit placement meets your site or venue requirements before delivery.
When a standard porta potty won't cut it — and you need something that functions like a real bathroom — a restroom trailer is the answer.
Restroom trailers include multiple stalls, running water, climate control, and interiors that match the quality of the event itself.
Kinsella Porta Potties LLC is built to handle jobs efficiently from the first call to final pickup:
There's a pattern in event planning and construction management that shows up constantly: restrooms are the last thing booked and the first thing that causes problems.
For events in Hillsborough, CA, the impact is immediate. Long lines, unclean units, and insufficient coverage directly affect guest experience — and it's one of the few things attendees consistently remember and mention when something goes wrong.
For construction sites, the stakes are different but just as real. OSHA regulations require specific sanitation ratios based on crew size. Non-compliance can result in fines, stop-work orders, and liability exposure.
The fix is simple: book early, think through your actual headcount, and choose a company that shows up prepared. A good portable restroom provider confirms delivery windows, arrives with clean equipment, and removes units on schedule.
In our experience, the jobs and events that go smoothest are the ones where sanitation was treated as a priority, not an afterthought. Kinsella Porta Potties LLC is here to make that easy for anyone working or hosting in Hillsborough.
We confirm a delivery window with you in advance. Our driver arrives with the unit, places it according to your instructions, levels it if needed, and confirms everything is ready before leaving. Pickup follows the same process on your end date.
Standard units are functional, clean, and appropriate for job sites and casual outdoor events. Luxury units feature flushing toilets, interior lighting, climate control, and upgraded interior finishes. The right choice depends on the occasion and audience.
